full-cycle recruitment
We follow through from start to finish with expertise, intuition and passion. Our process includes sourcing, initial screening, in-depth interviewing to assess not only skills but also culture fit.

response handling
We would suggest this service for any confidential or executive positions. This service would include market mapping as well as headhunting passive candidates that you would otherwise not have access to. CV presentations would include full assessments.
executive search
An affordable option if you do your own recruitment but don’t have the time to sift through CV’s. We will go through every individual profile and send through only the CV’s that meet the requirements.
checks and references
If you handle your own talent management but require a third party to ensure you made the right decision, this option would make sense for you. We will provide detailed references and necessary checks to set your mind at ease.
search and cv
This service is an affordable alternative to full-cycle recruitment. 7 – 10 CV’s will be sent at a flat fee for you to engage the candidates yourself. We will ensure the CV’s meet the requirements but it’s up to you to get the talent on board.
bulk/project recruitment
Should you require the placement of more than 10 roles, we are able to negotiate on a highly reduced fee for 2 weeks exclusivity.
